within Australia: we will ship via express post which is the most cost effective method.
elsewhere: shipping costs quoted are for airmail service. if you would like your item to be insured, please contact us prior to purchase so we can provide a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
returns/refunds: if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately upon receipt. we will gladly accept returns provided the item has not been worn or damaged. we will refund the full purchase price less an administration fee of AUD$10.00 upon receipt of the item.
returns must be shipped by registered mail at your expense.
