Hello! Me, it's Annie!
I want to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a mother of 2 beautiful children Aurélie and Cédrick. I work from home to be able to take care of them as much as possible. I like to transmit to them the values of entrepreneurship. They see that we can do what we love in life, but that we have to work as hard as we can to achieve our goals.
I wanted to create Sparks and I to offer the children a little comfort. For me, it is essential that each child can have a period of quality play. With a rag doll, the child does a multitude of learning without even realizing it.
So the mission of my company is as follows: "At Étincelles and I, we want to help children develop a multitude of feelings and allow them to get to know each other more during each period of play.
We are a company that aims to highlight the moment of play and imagination in children. During each period of play, whether alone, with friends or family, this moment allows the child to develop a multitude of feelings and allows him to get to know himself more. We wanted to allow parents to make the play period essential in the daily routine and allow them to strengthen the sense of attachment they have with their child. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full exchange or refund including delivery costs within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order.
Please note that you will have to pay the postage for the return.
The item must be in new condition as you received it, with the labels and must not have been washed, otherwise we will be able to refuse the exchange or refund. A copy of the original invoice is required with the return and notify us by Etsy courier or via our email: etincellesetmoi [!at] gmail.com

For custom items
There is no exchange or refund on a personalized item. Since it is your duty to check the spelling of the names or texts that you ask us to write on your product.

Our procedure for a return and refund is as follows:

1. You must contact us by email at: etincellesetmoi [!at] gmail.com and explain the reason for returning or refunding.

2. If the cause of your problem with the item is a breakage of it, you will need to send us a photo of this breakage and from there we will notify you whether or not we agree to return and refund the item in question.

3. In the case of a return by mail, the costs will be at your expense.

A refund will be accepted only if the breakage of it is made by the natural and normal wear and tear of it or by a defect in manufacture. If we believe that the item has been improperly maintained or that it has been broken voluntarily, then we will refuse to issue the refund.

Items that are personalized during an order, automatically become final sales.

Shipping
* We ship your order within 2 to 7 business days after receiving full payment for the order. The reception time varies according to the destination of the order and the delivery service offered. Reception can be done several days or even weeks after the mailing.

* It is possible for us to ship anywhere in the world. We use Canada Post's services for Canada and from there they will make the transfer via the postal service offered in your region or country.
* Delivery costs are calculated by Canada Post according to the dimensions, weight and destination of the order and will appear on the screen before confirming your order.
* Étincelles et moi is not held responsible under any circumstances,
- For a shipping error for an address provided on your part. (And postage will then be requested to reship the order to the correct address)
