This product took weeks to ship, even though it was supposed to be priority. When I emailed the seller to inquire, the email I got back said that they were a collective, and that he just "read the emails", so he couldn't tell me when the item shipped etc. He gave me the tracking for the item, which was useless because it just said "it should be there on such and such date" when that date was already passed, so it didn't really TRACk the item. When I emailed back telling that the item tracking wasn't great and could he give me the artist's direct email so I could verify the date shipped, etc, I never heard back- that was a few weeks ago. I finally got the product- it was fine; but as both a Seller and a Buyer on Etsy, man, it's all about the service and being able to connect with artist's directly. it's part of the communitive joy and what I get out of being a Seller. So boo artist's collective- Etsy is cheap- start your own page! Or at least get your customer service together.
