Accepted payment methods
- Money Order
I accept Pay Pal, checks or money orders. Florida customers, are charged 7% state & local sales tax. Please make your payment within 3 days of purchase. I will ship items within 2-3 business days after receiving cleared payment. If you are mailing a check, I will ship after your check clears.
I ship via USPS, either parcel post, first class or priority mail, depending on the item. If you purchased multiple items which will weigh heavy, I will ship flat rate Priority Mail as much as can fit into the box. Shipping will occur within 2-3 business days after receiving cleared payment. I always refund any overcharge on shipping. Insurance is optional. Let me know if you wish to purchase insurance. I am happy to ship internationally. Please contact me first and let me know which item you are interested in and where you want the item shipped. I will let you know what the shipping charge would be. Any duty charges are your responsibility.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is my #1 goal. If you are disappointed for any reason, please contact me and let me know. You may return the unused portion of your purchase for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense.
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome custom orders for bath salts, scrubs, massage oils, synergies or inhalers. I can also create custom Spa themed baskets and shower/party favors. Convo me with your request and I will send you a price quote. Gift card and wrapping is complimentary upon request. Please convo me or leave instructions to seller at check out time, such as what you want the card to say and type of wrapping...Christmas, birthday, etc.
