Sorry to publicly see that you felt like you didn’t receive quality service despite my efforts to rectify your concerns directly. Regarding your points: “taken advantage of, over charged" – The cost breakdown (item price, shipping calculated by Etsy/USPS, sales tax, order total) is clearly listed during the checkout process before you decide to place your order. I’m confused by how this is interpreted as being “taken advantage of.” Additionally, when appropriate (like in your case), I refund shipping overages that Etsy charges with an explanation for the refund. I already processed your refund. "ignored" - I don’t see any messages from you in my Etsy seller inbox. Glad to hear you enjoy the hearts that I made with care.

Do you have bulk order pricing?
All orders of $75.00 or more will receive free domestic shipping.

How many bags of eucalyptus leaves should I order for my flower girl?
Most customers order 2 bags of eucalyptus leaves for their flower girls for a 30-foot aisle.
How can I keep my freshly cut eucalyptus confetti in good condition until my event?
When the freshly cut eucalyptus confetti arrives, it's best to keep them in a cool, dark place like the refrigerator until the big day. Be sure not to seal them in a plastic bag though. Otherwise, they could potentially start to mold due to lack of air.
For dried or sun-kissed leaves, I suggest keeping them in the box or a dark place, like inside a closet, until your event to preserve the shape and color.
How far in advance should I order large quantities for my wedding/special event?
Please place your order 2 weeks in advance and add a note about when your event date is in the personalization field of your order. Orders will be fulfilled 3-5 days before the listed event date. Etsy will send you tracking information once the order has been shipped.
