The Beginning, Middle and Now

Beginning, Middle, Now…

BAYLOR & COMPANY is an example of how plans don't always go as planned.

The original plan was to become a silversmith. Photos of jewelry crafted with silver and gemstones gave me a “I want to do that” moment. Thanks to a basic metalsmith course--in Manhattan of all places-- quickly followed with a couple of workshops in Media, I successfully became a terrible silversmith. To finance additional training, I produced jewelry kits comprised of high-quality stones, rocks, silver and Thai silver.
Surprisingly, jewelry crafted from those kits began to sell as did the business. A craft show here, another there, word of mouth and surprise, we grew enough to start paying taxes -- which is around the time, we became "Baylor and Company". My metalsmithing improved but truth be told, I had more fun developing those kits and schmoozing with connoisseurs and aficionados of handcrafted jewelry.

Well. That’s it. My “How it all began” story.

Returns and exchange details
Sometimes what is seen on your screen or computer monitor is not what you receive. Could be the color, the style/length or..., it doesn’t matter. What does matter is your desire to return the item.

So here’s what to do: Within seven (7) days of your receipt, please repackage the unworn and undamaged item and return to Baylor and Co. Postage is your responsibility. Upon our receipt of item, the refund process is initiated. You will receive a confirmation email.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure the package for its value. Save your tracking number.
PRICING: All prices are in U. S. dollar
All purchases are insured and shipped through the US Postal Service. Delivery time is generally between 2-5 business days.
Additional policies and FAQs
Broken jewelry happens -- often resulting in either the loss of a favorite piece or spending money for necessary repairs. When, and if, this happens feel free email me at baylorwm [!at] if you’d like your jewelry to be restrung.
Please be sure to return all the components. If all components of your jewelry are not returned, the original pattern cannot be duplicated.
