Inspired by my travels throughout Europe, I've created unique jewelry pieces that are especially fitting for the woman seeking modern, edgy designs that cannot be found in department stores in North America.

My initial trip to Europe took place in 1992 while taking summer university classes in Germany, where I first noticed women wearing very interesting and stunning jewelry that I had never seen before in the U.S. These pieces contained heavy wire and/or metal in the design, and included such combinations as metal and pearls, knotted leather and square beads, and chunky wire wrapped items.

I got the travel bug and visited a new country or two each year: France, Italy, England, Wales, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Hungary, Austria, and again Germany while collecting more jewelry and ideas. I finally learned beading and wire techniques via a local art center to develop my own jewelry designs, inspired by each country. I started wearing my designs and numerous people asked me where I got my jewelry. Thus, I officially opened EuroKraft Jewelry in 2004.

Each year I travel to a new European destination. I visited Greece and Turkey, Spain, Sicily, Poland, the Greek Islands, and most recently visited Milan, Italy for fashion week.
