We require all items to be paid in full before shipping.
Please allow 3-5 days for shipping upon payment for items to be shipped. We figure our shipping and handling with the lowest price possible for you, we do always include delivery confirmation on all items, but do not include insurance,however some items we deem fragile will automatically be insured and this is reflected in the shipping already. If you would like any item insured, please convo in advance and additional charges will be applied to the shipping, same goes if you would like to receive an item sooner, this is possible, however there will be additional charges applied for shipping.

We are happy to ship internationally, please convo us first with your location and the item that you are interested in, and we will work up an estimate for you, I cannot give accurate shipping rates until I am aware of your location.

...If you are purchasing an item internationally, please note that you are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may incur.

...We will refund shipping fee's if we have overcharged more than $3 USD, however, please understand that in most cases, we may have had to purchase additional packing materials, and this is added to the the standard shipping and HANDLING fee's, as well the as delivery confirmation fee applied to all orders..

..Jewelry will be shipped in gift box, vintage and other miscellaneous items will be shipped in recycled packaging, the item will be wrapped and protected in bubble wrap, and then placed in box to ensure quality and shipped cheapest route, if you would like this item shipped priority or express to receive it sooner,or would like additional services added to the shipping and handling, please convo us BEFORE purchase, and we can adjust the shipping for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Most items are vintage and are sold as is, as with most antique and vintage items, there will be signs of wear, we do our best to show detailed pictures and to describe all items exact, however if you feel that the item is not what you anticipated based on our photo's and descriptions ...and
If for any reason you receive your item are not satisfied, It may be returned (in the same condition it was shipped) within 7 days of purchase, minus shipping fee and 3.5% etsy fee.. You will also have the option of a store credit... We are not responsible for shipping costs.

All of our packages are shipped tightly wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap, as well as additional cushioning needed and are very secure, however there are some inevitable events of lost and damaged parcels, that are just impossible for us to be held accountable for, this is why we highly recommend adding insurance to an item. Please convo us advance and we will adjust the shipping before you purchase. EVADABEADA cannot be held responsible for damage or losses to items that were NOT insured but we will do whatever possible to reconcile the situation for you.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and in the event an insured item is received damaged in transit please send a photo of the damaged item/package and we will refund you, but if the item was not insured, we cannot be held responsible...we apologize for any inconvenience, but please understand our shipping reflects the lowest price possible with a delivery confirmation, and not with insurance and that insuring an item is buyers responsibility. Please convo in any case so we can do whatever we need to, to remedy the situation, we are quite flexible, understanding and reasonable.

If jewelry breaks, we will replace or fix the item under normal wear up to 10 days after purchase date, If it cannot be replaced or fixed, we will refund you what you paid minus shipping costs.
