Thank you for visiting eva katharina here on etsy. All items you see here feature original graphics designed by me personally. They are silkscreened by hand, meaning that each item you purchase here is a unique and one-of-a-kind work of art. The designs are inspired by intricate patterning and line-work from a wide variety of sources like Buddhist mandalas, traditional German scherenschnitte, technical diagrams, etc. The concept of this shop is to provide simple and beautiful things for your home and life that are both the classic and the modern.

Returns and exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for any reason. If you need to return the item, please notify me within 3 days of receiving.

I will refund the purchase price, excluding the shipping costs. Item can be returned if you are unhappy with it for ANY reason. The item must be returned in its original condition. I am not responsible for items damaged in the mail.

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. I recommend that buyers ship the item with tracking number, as I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.

You will be refunded when I receive the item in the mail, in its original condition.
Payment
For all buyers, payment must be sent to me within 10 days or the order will be cancelled. Item does not ship until payment is received.

Paypal payments are to be made to erich4ri [!at] umw.edu. Paypal is the preferred method of payment. If you are paying with a Paypal e-check, please note that the e-check must clear before item is shipped. This generally takes 3-4 days.

If you are a U.S. resident without a Paypal account, checks and money orders are also accepted. If you are paying with a check or money order, please contact the seller via Conversations to arrange the payment. Please direct these payments to the following address:

Shipping is offered anywhere. International buyers welcome. I ship to the address specified in your ETSY RECEIPT (not your Paypal address) so please be sure the address is correct.

All domestic orders ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Seller cannot be held responsible for damages or items lost in the mail.

International orders ship USPS First Class Mail. Again, seller is not responsible for damages or items lost in the mail. Buyer is responsible for all additional taxes and/or customs fees.

All orders ship within 3-5 days of payment. U.S. buyers can expect their items within 3-5 days after shipment. International buyers can expect theirs in 1-2 weeks after shipment.
