Payment
All payment must be made immeidiately after order is placed on etsy. If payment is not made at that time, the order will be canceled.

At this time I only accept Paypal as the form of payment as it is the fastest, safest and most effective way to make the transaction.
Shipping
Shipping fee includes packaging, shipping and handling. Your purchase will be shipped 24 hours after payment is received.

I ALWAYS send the orders out to the post office 24 hours after payment has cleared everything after that is in the hands of the post office.

We ship using First Class through USPS. If you wish to upgrade for faster delivery, please send me a convo for a special listing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges are accepted up to seven (7) days from the day the product is received by the customer. Please contact me through email or convo if you wish to make a refund or exchange as refunds and exchanges are only accepted if I have been notified beforehand.

PLEASE NOTE that the customer is RESPONSIBLE for shipping charges of all returns and exchanges.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please send me a convo on etsy and I will try my best to remedy the situation. In some events store credit or discounts on the purchase in question or on future purchases may be issued. I reserve the right to issue such ramifications at my own discretion.

My doors are always opened to any customers who have a problem with their orderr; please send me a convo first, regarding any disputes with your order, before leaving a feedback. I will always do my best to satisfy my customer’s needs.

REPAIRS

If your piece breaks at anytime I do offer repairs for a fee of $10 USD per item. Please contact me first for repairs, before sending the piece back to me.
