I mostly work with merino wool because it is one of the softest fibers to the touch.
I prefer the kettle dye technique as a way to infuse color. Natural wool reacts differently and every fiber accepts color in a different way. This variation is expected and unpredictable, lending itself to the creation of unique gifts and heirlooms.

Shop policies
All of my throws and pillows are one of a kind, made with pure merino wool from Uruguay.
In Uruguay, the craft of hand-dying yarn is truly an art, the beauty of which is that no two skeins are identical. There is something very enjoyable about working with yarn that has been lovingly painted or dyed by hand in lieu of yarns that have been mass produced by machines.
