Still haven't received this item that I had hoped to have for thanksgiving.

This item was returned to me by the post office with no reason given. It was sent back out to the customer with tracking and was received 3 days later. This is a situation that was out of my control.

Very slow arrival. It arrived with a crease under the lamination. Little care was given in protecting the product in the delivery process. There were no "do not bend" notices for proper care. I would never order from company again!

At Placemat Planet, our goal is to offer fun, affordable and customizable placemats for you, your kids and/or your family!

Payment
We accept all major credit cards (VISA Mastercard, Discover, AmEx), echecks and Paypal payments, all via paypal as a secure payment processor. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal, you may use a credit card to pay, this is just a secure way to process your payment. Never send any credit or bank card information via email, it is unsecured and we will not process payment information sent this way for our own protection.
Shipping
We ship using USPS standard first class shipping. Please contact us if you are looking for an upgraded shipping method.

** Please be aware that the shipping time frame is the time your product will take to get to you AFTER the processing time of your item/s. There are no guarantees with ground shipping and Placemat Planet can not be held responsible for shipping delays due to the shipping companies.

**When shipping to Canada, we will use USPS. Rates to Canada do not include charges for customs clearance, customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the importer. Our prices and shipping charges DO NOT include any taxes and tariffs that Canada charges and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

If anything arrives damaged in shipping, due to no fault of Placemat Planet, the customer will need to notify Placemat Planet within 3 business days, with pictures, in order for us to put in a claim with the shipping company. Once all of the images are received, we will ship out replacement items as quickly as possible. They will be shipped out ground service unless the customer would like to pay for expedited shipping. Placemat Planet will do the best we can to get these replacement items to you as quickly as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Placemat Planet does not offer refunds on "personalized" placemats unless the error is made by Placemat Planet. Please be sure to double-check your order information before submitting. If there is an error with your order and the error was made on our part (i.e.: misspelled name or if item arrived damaged), a refund or replacement but not both will be granted for the particular item in question. We are not liable for mistakes made on the customers' part.

Placemat Planet's return policy for all printed designs is as follows: Once you have approved the proof and a paid order has been sent to print, no refunds or exchanges can be made. We urge you to double check all text and photo placement before approving the proofs for print. If you receive your order and for any reason are not satisfied, contact us with a brief description of the issue and we will review the printed file. If a mistake is made by Placemat Planet, we will reprint your order at no cost to you. If a mistake is made by the customer and/or the proof was approved with a mistake, we will reprint your order with a 10% discount. Be advised that coloring and sizing of proofs viewed electronically varies depending upon your monitor's screen size and resolution.

If there are any mistakes on a digital file, we will correct it as many times as needed until it is perfect.

Placemat Planet cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not arrive back to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation. In the event that the return is not received or received in damaged condition, Placemat Planet will not issue a refund, credit or exchange. In order for the customer to recover any losses, it is his/her sole responsibility to file a claim with the chosen delivery service.

If you receive a defective product from Placemat Planet, you must notify us in writing (via email) within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

If a product is defective or damaged and Placemat Planet and the customer have agreed upon a return, it must be returned or exchanged within 10 days. Customer will pay for return shipping on authorized returns.

**NOTE: All computer monitors display colors differently from one to another. There may also be inconsistencies and variations in the colors. ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
