Ever Aspen Home works with a local Orlando printer to bring you an amazing finished product! After a certain design is created, it is then sent over to our manufacturer who uses a technique called flocking. This provides a great, long lasting finish with a 3D style look and feel that won't fade.

Frequently asked questions
My product(s) arrived damaged, what should I do??
Please contact me immediately! While I take every precaution to make sure your product arrives safely, sometimes accidents can happen during the shipping process. In order for me to submit a claim, I will need you to provide me with picture proof of the damage, including the packaging and the damage itself on the item. Once I receive the necessary information and shipping damage has been confirmed, new production will begin for your replacement. Please allow up to 1 week production time for this replacement. Failure to provide the necessary pictures will result in a shipping claim denial and prevent me from replacing the damaged item.
My package hasn't arrived, where is it??
If you notice that your package hasn't arrived when expected, or appears to be 'stuck', please check tracking updates on the USPS or FedEx website. (Sometimes that is more accurate). If you still feel there is an issue with your package being held up somewhere, or not scanned, please send me a message! Once a tracking investigation has been started, it can take 2-3 business days before hearing back from the Post Office or FedEx.
Please be patient with me and understanding to the fact that shipping issues/delays are completely out of my control. No one likes a late package :-( Also note, refunds will not be processed for late/delayed packages.
Care instructions
Our doormats are created for decorative purposes and are not meant for high traffic areas. Our Classic Coir doormat material is best kept under a covered porch to avoid wet weather elements. They are not waterproof, and will darken if saturated by rain/snow/moisture/etc.
How long will this doormat last?
The answer to this question will vary greatly from household to household. This doormat is considered "decorative" and will look its best if it is kept in an area where there is low foot traffic and away from weather conditions. Since normal wear and tear can expected, there is no lifetime guarantee on this product.
My package was Returned to Sender... What now?
It is imperative that you review your address for accuracy when placing your order. If the address isn’t current or inaccurate and is sent back as “Return to Sender”, I will contact you for further information. Please be advised that a new shipping label will need to be purchased in order to re-ship your package once it arrives back to me.
