When will my items ship?
Your patience is appreciated while we make your wreath especially for you! All items are handmade to order based on your specifications. Processing times vary by item & are shown on each listing. You may need to click "shipping & policies" to view this. If you're logged in, you'll also see an estimated delivery date.
After you order, you will receive an email from Etsy with an estimated delivery date. Please note that this is an estimate only.
Once your item is all packed up & ready to go, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you have a deadline, please message us directly to see if we can accomodate you prior to placing your order.
Where can I display my wreath? How do I care for it?
Your wreath/door arrangement should be used indoors or outdoors in a protected location only. This means that you should display it somewhere that it will be protected from the elements (under a covered porch, awning, etc.). To prolong the life of your wreath, display it away from direct sunlight. Save your shipping box; it will come in handy for storage! When your item is not in use, please store boxed, in a climate-controlled area. In the event your item needs to be cleaned, use a dry paint brush to clean off any areas which may require dusting. Never use water or any other type of liquid on your arrangement.
Does my purchase come with a wreath hanger?
No, wreath hangers or any display props are not included.
Do you ever have discounts, coupon codes, or sales?
While many shops artificially inflate prices in order to run sales, send coupons & offer "free" shipping, we keep our prices reasonable year-round. Comparison shop and you will see that our prices for handmade high-quality wreaths are very competitive.
What is the "personalization" section? Can you add custom text to my wreath?
The personalization section will indicate what it is for. Typically this is where you write in your bow color. We are unable to add custom text to our wreaths.
How do I hang and fluff my wreath/bow?

What does "in stock" mean?
Etsy displays "in stock" for all items available for purchase (i.e. not sold out). All of our items are handmade to order based on our customers' specifications. Please check the production time/estimated delivery date prior to your purchase to see approximately how long your order will take to arrive to you.
