Once your item is all packed up & ready to go, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Your wreath or door arrangement should be used indoors or outdoors in a protected location only. This means that you should display it somewhere that it will be protected from the elements (under a covered porch, awning, etc.). To prolong the life of your wreath, display it away from direct sunlight. Save your shipping box; it will come in handy for storage! When your item is not in use, please store boxed, in a climate-controlled area. To clean your wreath, use a dry paint brush to clean off any areas which may require dusting. Avoid using water or any other type of liquid on your arrangement.

Absolutely! We want each and every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, so we happily accept returns and exchanges. To be eligible for a return, please contact us before sending back your item. All returns must be unused and in their original condition, packed securely in the original packaging. Typically, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, but each item listing includes the return policy for that particular item. So, make sure to double-check the policy for your specific item. Thank you for choosing our shop!

While many shops artificially inflate prices in order to run sales, send coupons & offer "free" shipping, we keep our prices reasonable year-round. Comparison shop and you will see that our prices for handmade high-quality wreaths are very competitive.

The personalization section will indicate what it is for. Typically this is where you write in your bow color. We are unable to add custom text to our wreaths.
