+ANNOUNCEMENT: If you follow on social media, you are probably aware of my recent diagnosis of breast cancer. As I continue to proceed through my treatment programs, please be mindful that turnaround times may require more flexibility than normal. My shop is an essential part of my family's financial stability, and creating is life-giving to me. I will continue to make pretty things as often as I am able, but there are some obvious needs I will have for rest, recovery, and peace. I appreciate all of the love and support, and your patience and understanding during this season is immeasurable to me!
+SEASONAL: Due to popular demand, most seasonal items (wood signs and cut-outs, in particular) will be made available in releases and restocks. These are items that tend to sell out quickly. Please follow along with me on social media to be up-to-date on the specifics of each restock, including when they will take place and which items will be available to order.
+LOCALS: Are you local to Indianapolis? If you would like to pick up your order rather than having it shipped, contact me PRIOR to placing your order for a code to use and eliminate shipping fees on applicable items!

Do you accept returns?
Due to the customized nature of most of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to read all of the details in the item description of each listing before purchasing. If there is an issue with your order, please send a message to discuss options further.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Please understand that once a package is dropped off to the post office, it is no longer in our hands, but the USPS. Any issues regarding delivery of your package need to be addressed with your local post office. If there is still an issue after discussing with your local post office, you are welcome to contact me, and we can discuss further options. Please note that items damaged by delivery need to be discussed with the post office. If there is an obvious issue that is not directly related to shipping mishandling, please message me so I can help correct the problem.
What do I do if the shipping address is incorrect?
Please message me as quickly as possible if you notice the shipping address was entered incorrectly. Some ready to ship items are shipped out the same day as they are ordered, and once they reach the post office, I cannot change the address on the shipping label. There is no way for me to know that an address is incorrect. Please make sure you double check your information before you complete check out.
If your package has already shipped, it may be possible to stop the package before it is delivered. You are welcome to message me to see if this is an option. Please be aware that any stop fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser, not the shop owner.
