As a small family business we go the extra mile to stay open for longer in order to process extra orders and ensure that each gift is dispatched as quickly as possible to get to yourself and loved ones. We are astounded to achieve our Star Seller badge again this month since our small family business opening in the late summer of 2022. It has been such a wonderful journey of growth and kindness to begin a new business and get to know you all at the same time. To lovingly select such heartfelt and meaningful gifts by hand I often find myself smiling, and even crying, over your kind notes and requests that restore my faith in humanity and we hope you will cherish your choices forever. Whatever you are going through in life please know that you are not alone and we are here for you.

We have absolutely loved seeing your submissions and photos of your crystals within your homes and cannot thank you all enough for helping us to extend this message of love, light and positivity to others.

We select our winners from Etsy and Instagram because they have shared such love and light with others. The winners are carefully selected from reviews and social media tags from our profile with love and kindness by my two children, one each from each platform. I'm sure you'll agree that they've both chosen such uplifting and wonderful reviews from our beloved customers and I'd like to wish you all the best of luck for our next giveaway.

Whilst the care taken during postage handling is sadly entirely outside of our control, it is heart breaking to see delays, damage and even items lost in the mail during transit; because of this but we continue to do all that we can to securely package our items, ship them within 24hrs of receiving each order and attain proof of postage. However if you item does arrive delayed or damaged please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Please note that "expected delivery" times from Etsy are only a guide and if your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe please do not panic, it is still on its way to you. We must wait 11 working days (not including weekends) after the dispatch date for the Royal Mail to deliver goods before they may be reported as lost in the post. Any items ordered past 1pm on a Friday (once the post has gone) will not be processed by the Royal Mail until Monday morning. If we had it our way we'd hand deliver them to you ourselves if we could!

It's so important to us to source high quality materials and provide them at an affordable price so that our customers can enjoy them and make a positive difference to their lives. We only sell what we personally would buy ourselves and hope that it shows.

Fair trade and sustainability are matters that are very close to our hearts; thank you for being a part of our journey and allowing us to contribute to change. Please help us to make a difference to the environment by recycling all of your packaging including our sugarcane postage bags and reused wrappings wherever possible x
