Handmade weddings are simply gorgeous!

When I became engaged, I was so excited to look for wedding invitations! After countless hours of searching and not finding what I wanted, I came to the conclusion that I was going to make my own invitations that way I could give them my personal touch! I suddenly had a new passion and thats when Everlasting Moment was born!

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
Because orders will not be processed without final approval and payment from the buyer, refunds will not be allowed. Items will be inspected, packaged and shipped with care to ensure damages are controlled. However, I will not be responsible for any lost packages or any damages occurred in transit to their destination.

Customized Items are not eligible for refund.

When placing a customized order, all wording and details should be listed in the notes section at checkout, even if it was discussed in a conversation. If you fail to put the details in the notes at checkout, you face the possibility of the request or information to be absent on/in your order. If you have put all of the details in notes section at checkout, and there is information or request missing on your order, please contact me withing 2 days of receiving your order.
Payment
Full Payment is required in order for production to begin.
Shipping
Shipping is done through USPS and will be sent First Class or Prority Mail which will take 2-5 business days. If you would like your package sent with insurance or any other postal service, please let me know your zip code to request a quote.

Shipping payment is based on weight of your order and can be quoted to you before purchase. It also includes cost of materials used to ship.

I am not responsible for returned packages due to an undeliverable address. If a package is returned back due to an undeliverable address, you will have to pay the extra shipping cost and provide a USPS recognized address. In addition, if a full address is not provided at checkout, I will contact you. If I do not get a response within 2 weeks with a correct address, the order will occur a holding fee of $5 per week that the items are held for you. Items will be returned to stock after 6 months or until the fees outweigh the purchase price, whichever comes first.

You will be happy to know that ALL orders come with a tracking number. Please track your order. I am not responsible for any transit times once your item is scanned as accepted by the USPS. If your item appears lost or stolen, I will do my best to assist you in the claim process.

All packages are dropped off at a 3rd party authorized USPS location. I claim no responsibility for items in the possession of the USPS that appear to be lost, stolen or damaged. By purchasing my items you are agreeing and adhering to my shipping policies. If your package seems lost in the mail, please call the USPS at 1-800-275-8777 with the tracking number provided to you. If you do not have the tracking number, I can look it up for you.

If you are in a hurry for your package to arrive please consider upgrading from standard shipping to priority mail or expedited priority express. First Class Mail and Priority Mail are NOT GUARANTEED by the USPS. Therefore I do NOT guarantee when an item will reach you. If you need overnight shipping, I highly recommend using FED EX. It is quite a bit costly, however their service is VERY reliable.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Based on your country, you may be assessed custom fees. Please be aware that this is out of my control and know what those criteria may be, in order for those fees to be assessed.
Additional policies and FAQs
Discounts:
I am excited to offer a 10% discount off of all accessory pieces to invitation orders of 100 or more. Accessory pieces include: Menus, Programs, Table Numbers, Signs, Place cards, Thank You Notes/Tags, Favors. And 10% off for invitation orders of 150 or more.

Time:
Production is based on size of order. At the time of inquiry, you can request how long it will take to receive a certain purchase. Current and updated information can be found on my homepage

Deposit/minimum order:
There is a $100.00 deposit for invitations and large orders where proofing is required. Minimum quantity of 50 for invitations, menus, and place cards

Customize:
If you see a design that you like and want to change the color(s), the size, or embellishment, please feel free to request, and I will do everything I can do to accommodate your needs!

Details:
Please list all the details necessary to process the order. Failure to do so may result in a delay.

For all place cards lists, address lists, and all customized items, please check all spellings submitted to me for customization. I do not make corrections and I will not be responsible for any misspelled words at the fault of the buyer. Nor will I be responsible for any error after I have received an approval from a pdf to print. For place cards and escort cards, you cannot make any changes once the order has started processing. However, If the order has not started processing you may resubmit a final list of information without any fee. ( A brand new list of all information) All Place Card lists and address lists must be submitted in a non-formatted word document. This ensures no errors on my part. If it is submitted to me in any format other than a non formatted word document, I will not be responsible for any errors. For place cards and all address printing, I do not give refunds if you need less than the original quantity.

Address Printing:
guest address printing $1.00
return address for the rsvp envelope $0.35
return address for the invitation envelope (front) $0.35
return address for the invitation envelope (back flap) $0.55

Tax: Sales tax is automatically applied to some buyers depending on the state in which your address is.

Disclaimer:
Color - All colors can vary by monitor, please purchase a sample AND color swatches to ensure your 100% satisfaction with the color.
Envelope Printing - The print method uses heat and pressure. Envelopes that go through this printer may sustain stress marks as a result of the friction of the two layers. This most commonly happens with Pearlescent finished envelopes.
Color- All ribbon and paper colors may vary slightly by dye lot. This is out of my control and I can not claim any type of responsibility
Size - Sizes may vary slightly
