If you receive an item and it does not live up to your expectations, send it back and I will gladly give you a full refund for the purchase price. There is no refund on shipping unless, of course, the mistake is mine.

If you live in the United States and your purchase is damaged in the mail I will put in an angry call to the postal service and send you another item.

If you live outside the U.S. my hands are tied. I simply cannot guarantee your item will arrive.

I only accept paypal.

Your item will not be shipped until I have received payment. All Cards and ACEOs are shipped in bubble mailers to prevent bending, tearing and water damage. Prints are shipped in USPS mailers with cardboard inserts to protect the print.

If you wish your package to be insured that will be extra, it is not included in the shipping price. If the United States Postal Service does not provide insurance to your country, I'm sorry, but I cannot provide it either.

For customers outside the US:
You need to be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. For information you should contact your local customs agency.

I currently only stock one of each design at a time. If you're interested in having multiples of a printed design, convo me.
