Frequently asked questions
How do your orders ship?

All orders ship First Class with tracking in either a rigid or bubble mailer. When shipped in a bubble mailer there will be solid backer to ensure your order remains in place.

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on orders. However, if your order arrives damaged please send me a message with evidence of damage so that I may offer a replacement.

My order has not arrived/my address has changed. Will you resend my order?

There are many situations that can affect shipping times, but once the order leaves I am not in control of what the USPS may do. If the address is not correct, I can not change where the order ships.

We are not responsible for lost mail, misdeliveries, incorrect addresses or otherwise delayed shipment.

If the order returns back to us then we will send you a message. You have the option to reship the package at your cost. This fee will be $5.

We do not enjoy the postal service either, but options are limited. We hope that you understand that it is a frustrating situation for both parties and will assist where we can.

I'm international. Will you ship to me?

Unfortunately not at this time. Everyday Caitlyn would love to expand out to our international customers, but we want to be educated in correct shipping methods. We do not want you to incur additional costs by shopping with us other than what is mandated at bare minimum (if at all).

Do you do custom orders?

I do not take custom orders, however I do take suggestions for future products.
