To insure the longevity of the product, please hand wash only.
My package arrived and an item is broken. What do I do?
I get insurance on all orders through USPS. Please contact me within 10 business days of receiving your order with photos of the broken product and I will replace it as soon as possible.
Will the vinyl stay on?
Yes. I use a permanent, outdoor, commercial grade vinyl. The vinyl should never come off with care instructions followed correctly.
