Welcome to my "EverythingElaine" Etsy boutique!

I love to create and I'm happy you stopped by! I enjoy taking my time when I create new pieces so I can enjoy the process. Attention to detail, use of interesting colors and textures, and and appreciation for quality materials are all part of my creative process. Everything I list for sale in my boutique is something I would personally wear or use, or give to a close friend or family member as a gift. It is my hope that you will find many fine, yet affordable, handmade gifts for yourself and loved ones that will be enjoyed for many years to come.

I'm most happy to accommodate special requests & custom orders to fit your color and style preferences. Please contact me with any inquiries that you may have and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can. Of course, please expect to allow more time for custom requests to be completed. So that the custom order process is enjoyable for both you and me, I recommend allowing a minimum of two weeks for communication and completion of the project.

As you probably already know, when purchasing handmade goods, no two items are identical. While I am very detail-oriented, the nature of handmade goods is that each piece is unique. Please expect slight variations from one item to the next, particularly when purchasing sets (like a set of 4 cards, for example) and when purchasing custom orders based on photos of past orders I've completed. This is all part of the charm and warmth that goes into handmade goods!

Returns and exchanges
We take pride in using quality materials & supplies. Each item is created with care and attention to detail. However, even the highest of quality & care may sometimes prove to be imperfect. If anything you've purchased from me breaks at any time, save the pieces and return it to me. I will do everything I can to repair or replace your item and mail it back to you in a timely manner. It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
I do prefer PayPal since it is fast and secure. I will, however, accept personal checks. Just please be advised that checks take longer--I will have to wait until your check arrives and clears before I can ship your order. Please convo me if you have any questions about this policy.
Shipping Services:
I intend to ship all ready-to-ship purchases within 2 business days of the purchase. Custom orders will obviously take more time and I will communicate with you so that you will know what to expect for delivery time.

Please note that the amount that I charge for shipping includes not only postage, but also supplies like envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap and PayPal fees.

PayPal Accounts:
You, as the consumer, are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information on your PayPal account current and accurate. I cannot be responsible for packages shipped to previous addresses because they have not been updated in your profiles.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am most happy to accommodate custom orders! If you see something you like, but would prefer a different color, a different theme, a different charm, etc., just convo me and we'll see what we can come up with! With exception to the custom printing items, I always make samples and send photos prior to setting up your reserved listing so you know exactly what you are purchasing. It is important to me that my customers are happy with their orders!

For custom printing orders, I do now require full payment prior to sending your sketches to you for approval. I do guarantee your satisfaction, so if you are not completely happy with your sketches, even after several revisions, I am happy to give you a refund minus a 20% partial payment for my time in designing your custom printing sketches. Please convo me with any questions you have about these policies prior to your purchase.
