So that the custom order process is enjoyable for both you and me, I recommend allowing a minimum of two weeks for communication and completion of the project.
As you probably already know, when purchasing handmade goods, no two items are identical. While I am very detail-oriented, the nature of handmade goods is that each piece is unique. Please expect slight variations from one item to the next, particularly when purchasing sets (like a set of 4 cards, for example) and when purchasing custom orders based on photos of past orders I've completed. This is all part of the charm and warmth that goes into handmade goods!

Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
I intend to ship all ready-to-ship purchases within 2 business days of the purchase. Custom orders will obviously take more time and I will communicate with you so that you will know what to expect for delivery time.
Please note that the amount that I charge for shipping includes not only postage, but also supplies like envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap and PayPal fees.
You, as the consumer, are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information on your PayPal account current and accurate. I cannot be responsible for packages shipped to previous addresses because they have not been updated in your profiles.

For custom printing orders, I do now require full payment prior to sending your sketches to you for approval. I do guarantee your satisfaction, so if you are not completely happy with your sketches, even after several revisions, I am happy to give you a refund minus a 20% partial payment for my time in designing your custom printing sketches. Please convo me with any questions you have about these policies prior to your purchase.
