Payment
Payment at Evil Eye Vintage is collected upon purchase, unless otherwise established through our personal messaging. If you would like to hold an item and pay at a later date, just let us know! We will hold items up to two weeks.

We are occasionally willing to work with you on prices of a higher ticket value, if you would like to make us a reasonable offer on something you love.....just shoot us a message!
Shipping
Evil Eye Vintage reserves 3 to 5 business days to ship orders out to our customers.
If you need express shipping, or need to get your new treasure by a specific date, let us know so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that most shipping charges include a small handling fee, which covers the expense of packing supplies and travel time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Doesn't fit right? Not quite what you expected? Please let us know in a personal message within 3 days of receiving your order. There is always a chance that the issue can be remedied before returns and refunds are necessary. We also want to know if and how we need to adjust our product listings.

In the event that a refund/return is the only way out, please ship your item, in the same condition as received, back to the us in no longer than TWO WEEKS. When the two week time frame is up, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
Please contact us within the three days stated above so we can start the process together. Otherwise, there is no guarantee we will be able to refund you.

Because we provide measurements in our listings we do not offer full refunds in the event the item does not fit upon receiving. In this case we offer 50% refund, you will always be in charge of return shipping in the event of returning items. If you have any questions or clarifications on sizes or measurements, please ask first to avoid any issues that may arise.
(We do refund the original shipping cost, you will not need to pay for two shipping charges!)

Exchanges are always welcome, and always preferred in a sizing situation.

Note: Vintage shapes and sizes vary and do not always work out as expected. We add measurements to every item, so please double check these to avoid any size or shape mishaps! If you are buying a gift and unsure, we may be able to help! So don't be shy.
