Please make sure your paypal address is up to date. My shipping software defaults to this address when I print shipping labels.

I charge the lowest possible shipping prices! To keep my shipping prices low these quotes do not include insurance.
Insurance can be purchased for an additional $1.50 for almost anywhere in the world. There are a few countries that I can't insure so if you're outside the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Europe send me an email for a REQUIRED insurance quote.

Orders ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are in a real rush to get your item quicker please let me know and I will do everything I can to accommodate you.

All items are quoted USPS first class. If you need your item sent out differently please contact me for a shipping quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
Let's do everything possible to avoid the whole refund/exchange thing. Please measure yourself twice before you buy. Don't just go by the old S, M, L standard. I give all sizes in inches because a 36 inch bust is a 36 inch bust. LARGE, on the other hand, is just a word; and my idea of LARGE might be a lot different from yours.

Sorry, but I absolutely cannot take returns on swimsuits or underwear.

If you end up with something that doesn't fit I'll try to work it out with you. But there are some terms:
You have three days from the date of delivery to contact me with the problem.
I will go over the complaint with you and authorize the return (at your expense).
You will have three days to get the item back in the mail to me.
It must be in perfect condition with all tags attached when I get it.
I'll then send you a duplicate in another size or issue you store credit.

Refunds and exchanges are done totally at my discretion so be nice and polite. I'm all about working things out if you give me a chance.
