Returns and exchanges
In the event you received your order, but feel not satisfied with the goods, we may offer a refund, excluding S&H costs, and our apologies for any inconvenience. Unwanted items shall be returned to us in the same condition received.

If you haven’t received your order yet, and feel it’s taking too long, kindly understand we cannot be of much help if the time passed since dispatch is less than 40 business days, because that’s the minimum term Post Office stipulates, before starting looking into any issue.

In the rare event you don’t receive your package after all reasonable terms have expired (60+ business days after dispatch), we shall offer a refund or exchange. S&H costs are not refundable, though.
Payment
We accept all payment methods supported by Direct Checkout and PayPal (including major Credit Cards).

Kindly understand payment should be received, and not later than 5 business days, before your order starts being made.

If you feel have purchased by mistake, no problem. Just contact us to arrange order cancellation. If you've already paid, please hurry, before we had dispatched. In such case, cancellation is not possible anymore and it becomes a refund (excluding S&H).
Shipping
All of our items are hand-made especially for you. For most ordered items we'd need between 5 to 7 business days for preparation and packaging. Your order will be dispatched with the next possible batch, at business hours between Monday and Friday. Please be aware we're located in Europe, and the package will be sent from the uplands of the beautiful Balkan country of Bulgaria.

Our standard shipping method is *Priority Mail with Tracking Number*, via Bulgarian Postal Service (BG Posts) for being both, cheaper and secure. We'll inform Customers of that number soon after dispatch.
- By using that method, delivery outside of Europe (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) is usually taking about 15-20 business days after dispatch (with 30-40 for delays.)
- Delivery to other European countries (EU) is usually taking 5-10 business days after dispatch (with 20-25 for delays.)

Bulgarian Post (http://www.bgpost.bg/IPSWebTracking/) consistently reports tracking information, but until the package leaves the country. After that, the package should be tracked from within the PO facility of the destination country.

If you are from outside the EU, import duties over a certain amount may apply. The Buyer is responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes, if applicable. Please contact us if we could be of any assistance.
Additional policies and FAQs
Q. When do you ship?
A. We ship once a week.

Q. How do I know you've shipped?
A. We'll contact you with the Tracking Number of your package, as soon as we've dispatched.

Q. The Tracking doesn't show where my package is. What gives?
A. Bulgarian Post (http://www.bgpost.bg/IPSWebTracking/) consistently reports transit information, but until the package leaves the country. After that, the package should be tracked from within the PO facility of the destination country.
Many tracking systems only report dispatch and delivery date, with no transit in between. Others (USA and Canada lately) at times may not report tracking at all.
Whatever your case is, please remain patient, and confident that your package is steadily moving.

A. Any copyright marks that may be seen on our art images do not appear on the item(s) purchased.

Q. Are there any other costs of purchasing from you?
A. We're located in Europe. If you are from outside the EU, import duties over a certain amount may apply. The Buyer is responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes, if applicable. Please contact us if we could be of any assistance.
