Any print in my shop can be produced at just about any size, please don't hesitate to ask for special sizes.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We do not offer refunds on custom pieces (other than the shipping fee) once a digital proof is sent.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because all our pieces are made to order.

Our systems is built to allow us to process orders immediately upon receipt.
We do not have the ability to stop or make changes to an order once it enters into the system.
Once your order is received it is processed and we are not able to cancel or change the order.


We want all our customers to be happy with our items. To ensure that happens, all questions need to be addressed before purchasing. The only aspect that may vary in the final product are the colors which always display slightly differently on a computer screen than on different printed materials.


Proofs are digital files and not actual photographs of your final product, therefore a small difference is expected due to the fact that a the final product is an item printed on paper, metal, etc.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us so we can make arrangements to replace it for you. The Postal Service requires photos and proof of damage, so please take photos of the damaged items AND packaging.

No refunds or exchanges if you do not like the color of you print as color variations are displayed with your listing; with customized prints (with names and dates, etc.) a proof is sent and approved by you before we print.

Please do keep in mind that every computer monitor displays colours a bit differently, so what you see on the screen could conceivably vary a little bit from the prints you receive.

Different paper stocks produce different tones from exactly the same color of ink:
the grade, grain, surface, thickness and base color of paper used will affect the color of the ink and ultimately the final product.



** ERRORS ***
With custom orders, there is always a proof sent to you before the file goes into printing; please read it carefully, checking spelling, syntax, colors, etc.

After your proof approval, the printing process starts.
For these raisons, there will be no refund given or free reprint done.

I am not responsable for shipping on returned prints for any reason.
Payment
I accept payment by PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards and Direct checkout.

For custom works and custom requests on existing works there will be a fee charged and I require payment in advance before begin working on it.

Coupon codes must be entered into the "Gift Certificate or Coupon Code" section at check out. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to purchases made before the discount was offered, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

I cannot guarantee the date of arrival of any items. I am not responsible for items delayed at the border or lost in the mail but I really do make every effort to make sure you receive your item and to keep my customers happy.

We are not able to offer our discounted shipping fee for APO addresses.
An additional $15 shipping fee will be added to all APO orders.


--- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (non-US) ---

These fees are imposed by your government and are independent of Eviva Prints or Etsy, and are not part of our shipping costs.

Regular shipping with USPS First Class Mail
can take up to 13-25 business days, can take longer and are not guaranteed.

Fedex or UPS shipping is also available for International orders.
We highly recommend this option that will shorten the shipping time significantly and give you a better tracking system.
Please ask us for a quote for specific location.

Mounted prints are only priced out for US orders. International customers please inquire first for a shipping quote before purchasing a mounted print (Butcher cut Series) as each mounted print shipping fee will be different and individual to the shipping location.
To receive a shipping quote takes 3-7 business days.

We ship to your address on your Etsy order. Please make sure it is correct.
We will not be responsible for erroneous addresses.
If you want us to ship somewhere else, please write the alternate address at the Note to Seller section at checkout.

I recommend to ship to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when delivered. Paper goods left outside your home may be damaged by weather or stolen. Eviva! Prints is not responsible for stolen packages, or damage if you are not present at time of delivery and the damage occurs as a result of the delay in claiming the package.

"Signature required" is not automatically added to all shipments.
It is optional for an additional $10 fee for US orders.
This cost is in addition to the shipping cost charged. Please inquire for more information.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Please feel free to contact me for custom design.

For completely custom designed posters, where I am creating a new template with graphics and wording for you, there is a fee of $50 and up, depending on the amount of work involved. A $50 custom design deposit should be paid before I start to work on your print.
Once you have purchased the custom design listing, and once I have sent you a round of proofs, I will not refund your amount even if you change your mind.

TO ORDER:

At checkout, please list the following as it would appear on your print in the NOTE TO SELLER box:

* Names in order of appearance
* Date displayed as it should appear (11.04.2014 or 04.11, 2014, or April 4, 2014 etc.)
* States/ counties in order of display and cities you would like the heart over
* Colors (please refer to the color chart attached to the listing page)
* Other custom request (Additional fees may apply)

* We will create your custom design and send you a preview to review to the email address provided in your order profile. Current wait times for the proofs are posted on the front page of our shop .

* Two complimentary proofs are included with your purchase:
First customized with your info provided and a second accommodating minor adjustment like the location of the hearts, typo correction.

If we need to redesign your print eg. switching the states/countries, ADDITIONAL design fees will apply.

*Once you have approved the design, your map will be shipped out to you within 48-72 business hours.


Eviva Prints www.evivart.etsy.com will be printed on your print with small letters (bottom corner - left or right, or in the bottom center).
