From Lemonade stand to the Internet
Sabía lo que quería desde muy joven. ¡Yo era el niño al costado de la carretera vendiendo limonada! Incluso traté de vender sombreros de papel una vez. A lo largo de la escuela intermedia descubrí la arcilla y comencé a recibir comisiones de otros estudiantes como una forma de ganar algo de subsidio. Me criaron en un tipo de asunto de "ganarte a ti". La vida no tiene dádivas, ¡tienes que trabajar para ello! En la escuela secundaria aprendí más sobre las artes gráficas y coqueteé con el diseño web entre entonces y el medio.
Tengo un poco de ADD artesanal, por lo que tiendo a saltar de material en material, descubriendo nuevas formas de reinventar las cosas y mezclar combinaciones inusuales. Hasta ahora, he estado vendiendo principalmente pulseras paracord en mi tienda. Si bien disfruto de eso, me gustaría agregar un toque de mis propias obras gráficas y físicas en un futuro no muy lejano, ¡así que esté atento!
I knew what I wanted from a young age. I was the kid on the side of the road selling lemonade! I even tried to sell paper hats once. Throughout middle school I discovered clay, and began taking commissions from other students as a way to earn some allowance. I was raised in a "earn you way" kind of matter. Life has no hand outs, you gotta work for it! In high-school I learned more about the graphic arts, and flirted with web design between then and middle.
I have a bit of craft ADD, so I tend to jump from material to material, discovering new ways to reinvent things and mix unusual combinations. Up till now, I have been selling mostly paracord bracelets in my shop. While I do enjoy that, I would like to add a splash of my own graphic and physical works in the not too distant future, so be on the look out!
