I ordered seven of these bags to give as gifts. The handwoven fabrics are beautiful (watch them in progress on Instagram!), the materials and construction are really high quality. These bags are sturdy and elegant. Honestly, they’re even nicer than they look in the photos.

I just love this bag! It’s functional and beautifully made. I purchased the large size to hold my tapestry weaving tools when traveling, many of which are handmade wooden tools that require a bag with space & good protection. This bag is substantially constructed, has plenty of space, and should last for many years. The lining is sturdy fabric in similar colors, the outside base is a thick suede-like fabric and the tartan plaid purple & green is Astrid’s pretty handwoven fabric and makes it special! The wide base makes it easy to see & search for items. Astrid’s handwoven fabric is creatively designed, beautifully woven, and her sewing & construction skills are very professional. It was delivered weeks earlier than promised in pretty packaging. I would absolutely recommend Astrid’s bags!
