    A consignment of unique and high end costumes, cards, curiosities, all made in the mysterious workshop of Natasha Hartman

    I am a perpetual student of arts and crafts. I have years of experience sewing, drawing, painting, sculpting, and more, but I'm always learning new things. As I learn, I make hundreds of new items, many of which get donated to local charities and shelters. But when I finally make something I consider professional quality, it usually gets put up for sale. Many things get sold direct to word-of-mouth customers, but some get posted here.

    More often, I take custom orders for people for costumes, paintings, and sculptures. I LOVE these projects! Taking someone else's ideas and making them a reality is a delight!

    This has also provided me with the wonderful opportunity to stay home with my two daughters, rather than putting them in daycare and going to a full time job. I love being home with my little girls, and my oldest (3 years) helps me sew and paint!

    The more I learn, the more my daughters learn with me, and the more we can do for others!

    Accepted payment methods

    All sales are final.

    If an item is damaged in transit, once evidence of damage has been provided, a refund will be submitted. If the damage is considered minimal, only a partial credit will be given, or return of the item will be required for a refund.

    Premade oders must be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, otherwise payment will be deducted because the item will be shipped.
    Payment
    I accept all major credit cards, Etsy gift cards, and PayPal. I do not accept personal checks.

    Refunds are only given when proof of broken items is given. All sales are final, baring damage during shipping.

    Because items are shipped the next business day, orders must be canceled within twelve hours of being placed. After that, payment will be taken and the item will be shipped.
    Shipping
    All boxed orders are shipped by UPS or USPS to a verified US address (no PO boxes).

    I take custom orders in clothing, calligraphy, embroidery, polymer clay, and paint.

    Clothing and cloth creations are made from textiles manufactures to US clothing standards.

    Custom orders are hand made and custom quoted. Contact Natasha for a quote on your project. Once a quote has been accepted and paid for, it cannot be refunded because supplies are purchased and work begins. Any changes after original concept and quote are paid for will require additional time and payment.

    Natasha Hartman reserves the right to sell prints of any art she creates, even if the original is sold.
