Payment
I accept paypal and appreciate receiving payment within 72 hours after the etsy order notification. Paypal accepts all crdit cards and money order.
If I don't receive payment by then, I will consider the sale cancelled and will re-list the item.
If you have a reason for not being able to make payment on this schedule,please let me know and we will try to find a solution.
Buyers are responsible for any/all custom fees upon receipt.
Shipping
SHIPPING-US&CANADA
I usually ship one business day after receiving the paypal payment notification,through Canada Post with standard delivery.
While I ship my products in sealed bubble wrap mailers or boxes,I can not be held responsible for any damages or loss once they are taken by the post office.
If you would like a tracking No. with your purchase, please let me know and I will send you a revised invoice for upgrading S&H.
Insurance is available but optional so if you would like to buy insurance for your shipment please let me know and I will send you a revised invoice.

Since my products are different in weight and size and rates vary by destination, Please contact me if you are interested in an item and based on your location, I can give you the exact shipping cost, otherwise I will send you a revised inovoice accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges
For true representation of colors I try to take pictures of products in natural light but please keep in mind that colors may appear differently in photos and even from computer screen to computer screen. Please read the description of the item carefully to be sure you will be happy with your purchase.
I want you to enjoy your purchase, but if you feel you must return your purchase, please contact me immediately and state the reason for your return.
All returns must be received in the same package in which it was sent and in the same pre-shipment condition (please note, if damage occurs during shipping, I will not be able to refund the item). Upon arrival of your return,I will refund your purchase price minus S&H fees, to your paypal account.
