I requested to have several custom necklaces made for me and my family. I gave Cynthia a basic idea of what I wanted. She completely made it her own style, WHICH I LOVE and is the reason I love her jewelry. The necklaces came out so much better than I had even expected. It will be a piece of jewelry me and my family will cherish forever. I highly recommend Exotic Peru :) Thank you!

Returns and exchanges

I take pride in my work, each design is a unique and handmade piece of wearable art and before I ship it to you I carefully examine it and check to assure that you will love the design as much as I do. However If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me, I will try to resolve any concerns to the best of my ability.
you can return the item(s) in new unworn condition and I will refund you minus the shipping once I receive the item(s)
you can exchange the item for another one in my shop, any price differences will be processed thought PayPal or Direct Checkout.
I will gladly repair your item If it ever needs a minor repair and return it to you. The buyer will pay to ship the item back.
please know I'm not responsible for un-insured items lost in the mail.

Payment

-I accept Direct Checkout and PAYPAL (You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal)
-Local buyers can contact me to request pickup and/or cash payment for orders.
-Payment is due within 48 hours of your purchase otherwise it will be canceled and returned to inventory.
-Please any Coupon Code MUST be entered at time of purchase I will not validate it after purchase.

Shipping

I ship USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like additional protection on your items (insurance, etc) or if you would like faster delivery speeds please contact me before making the purchase and I will gladly upgrade the shipping cost.
For now I only ship to the US.
For the finished products I will ship between 1-2 business days after receiving the payment. for custom orders, It will take about 3-7 days before the product is shipped to you.
If your order is a gift that will be shipped to a different recipient I will add a special card with your personal message for no extra charge, you just have to mention it in the " message to seller" during check out.
All Items will be nicely wrapped.
