Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We offer returns for perfect condition items. We only offer returns with Return Authorization made with the link below on our website.

For our Kingsland Glasses, we offer free return label if returned in perfect condition within the 1 week of receiving the item.

You have the option of a store credit return for 2 weeks. We will provide a return label. The glasses must be in a new condition.

For all other items, we offer a refund within 1 week of receiving the item. You will be charged 9.99 for a return label.

We offer store credit or exchange for two weeks after delivery. We will send you a free shipping label in this case.

For overseas items, the same time constraints apply to return. The return label will cost the amount of the shipping.
Credit, Debit cards and Paypal.
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and time estimates will be provided at checkout.
