Welcome to my online gallery and portfolio. I specialize in photorealistic graphite (pencil) portraits. However, I am an artist, illustrator, and sculptor of many mediums. These include 2 dimensional mediums (oils, acrylics. watercolors, color pencil, pastels, and ink) and 3 dimensional mediums (steel, bronze, copper, and aluminum). Please enjoy the artwork. Hopefully it will inspire you.
Accepted payment methods
- Money Order
After having been in business for over 10 years, I have established a level of trust with collectors and long term clients. It is of great importance to build a level of trust between any prospective client and myself before moving forward on a project. It is essential that both parties are in complete agreement on the design, compostion, dimensions, timeline, medium and cost involved in any given project. This is best done through email/phone communication and I encourage any client to contact me any time during the creation of a project with questions or concerns. I make it my policy to update clients with photos as I progress to the finished product. On 2 dimensional work, It is my policy to require a down payment of 50% of the total cost of a project. After the piece is completed I require the final payment before the piece is shipped. 3 dimensional work is much more involved and it is my policy to negotiate payment terms based on the size and scope of the individual artwork. Please contact me regarding questions or further explanation.
Given that artwork is valuable (and can be fragile), shipping methods are based on individual projects. That being said, the minimum charge for shipping is $25.00. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE OR UPGRADES. It is my policy to discuss shipping methods with you upfront and again upon completion of the project.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is my general policy NOT to issue refunds. The only time considerations will be made is in the event that work has not yet begun on your project. In this circumstance, I retain a cancellation fee of 10% of the down payment. Custom artwork is a labor of love, but it is also a business arrangement between two parties agreeing to predetermined terms of a written or verbal contract. If a contract is cancelled by a client after work has begun, I retain 100% of the down payment as cost for cancellation and retain all materials and rights to the artwork. This is due to the investment of time and materials on the project. If the client fails to make a payment within 30 days of completion of a project, I retain all deposited monies, materials, and rights to the artwork. If at anytime during our contract agreement either party cancels the contract due to extraordinary circumstances I will generally be willing to negotiate my policies and terms.
