Thank you for stopping by Extremebeads. We are a design team in based in Brentwood area of Los Angeles. Because most of our business is selling fine finished jewelry but here you will find we are offering you the latest trends in beads and gemstones. ~Always~ be sure to check our recently sold items as things often sell very fast and because we purchase in bulk we normally have more that we can list for you.
Also give us extra extra time t0 respond to your messages thru etsy. We get 20-30 a day. .. NEVER message us via EMAIL! Email messages will NOT reach us.
~~~We are a "Green" company. We do not include paper invoices with your order. You can print at your end if needed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
We refund 100% NO questions asked! (Expect cut chain)
Simply notify us within 5 days of delivery and ~~~must~~~ be postmarked by post office within 10 days of delivery. 100% refund upon receipt for items retuned in original condition & on original string or packaging. Please include relevant info for faster refund .
Please pack returned carefully just like we sent to you as we wont refund items broken/lost in transit back to us. We dont refund shipping fees either way.
~NO~ partial refunds. Simply return the entire item or full sets of cabochons and we refund 100%. (ie: we wont refund 50% if you want to send back 50% of the item, etc) if you send less that a full set of cabochons back we refund the partial amount and 25% restocking fees.
Spools of chain are returnable for 100% refund as long as they are still completely sealed in the orginal shrink wrap. Otherwise we cannot resale it as new. For opened shrink wrap spools we deduct 50% .
We do not accept "CUT" chain by foot back for full refund. We deduct 50% on chain by foot as it is hard to resell once it is cut and we have to sell at a great discount. So please check "Size"details and description before you purchase.
~~For items stung on silk or wire they must also be in same condition . IE still on wire or silk. If removed from silk we will deduct 50% as we cannot resale this item.
Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Cancellations: Within 2 hours refund less non refundable fees. If packaged & but not yet shipped refund less $1.00.
We accept paypal only.
Cancellation before shipment can be processed within 24hours as long as item is not shipped. We rebate full amount less non refundable transition fees which is a minimum $1.00 .
PLEASE NOTE: We normally ship within 2-5 business days.Normally we ship within 48 hours but can be up to 5 business days. This means if purchased on a friday it may go the following friday. .

Packaging: We bubble wrap each strand of beads and double tape envelope. Fragile beads are put in a small jewelry box that is wrapped in bubble wrap as well.

If packages are lost during transit and USPS does not show package was delivered we will replace or refund . If USPS indicates item delivered we do not replace, refund or credit.

We ship to the address listed on etsy. Please make sure your address is correct ~before~ purchase as a message afterwards to us that the shopping address is different will not guarantee that it will be seen by shipping office before it is mailed. Even if you send a message to request new address so if you notice WRONG address on invoice it ohs better to request to cancel then you can repurchase with correct address This is the only way to insure it will be sent to your correct address.. For packages returned because of incorrect address we will reship after another payment to ship again. If you do not wish to pay another shipping charge we will refund less 20% restocking fee and original shipping charge.

We do not combine separate orders. In order to provide proof of delivery we will need separate tracking numbers for each order therefore we cannot combine. Please check out in one order to save the extra shipping charges.
Additional policies and FAQs
We only hold 'Special Request" listings for 3 days then we will either convert back to regular listing allowing others to buy

When will my items ship?

~~~Please check our banner on homepage as we travel often~~ Otherwise we ship within 1 to 5 business days. We normally with in 48 business hours ~but~ it can mean if purchased on a monday they may not be shipped as late as the following monday, etc.

Can I return beads/cabochons if they are not right for me?

Yes! Beads & cabochons are returnable for full refund if they are post marked with 7 days of receipt , not removed from original strand or packaging . We do not accept returns for items taken off strand or off packaging.

Can I return chain?

1: Chain spools are returnable along as they are still completely sealed in shrink wrap for 100% refund
2: Cut chain is not returnable for refund. Please be sure to read sizing and details in description to make sure the chain will work for you.
