2 out of 5 starsI never received this item, though it has been shown as shipped, and have tried to contact the shop several times over several weeks regarding this and have received no reply. I am VERY disappointed. If I receive my order, I will change my review. Edited: I have now changed my rating from a 1 to a 2 because I did finally receive a reply from the seller (but only after rating her a 1) who did finally send me my order. However, the seller claimed to have sent the "first package to the wrong address." Ooookay, unlikely but I suppose possible, but that still doesn't explain why she ignored my several inquiries over several weeks and only responded to me (and mailed my order) after I rated her a one. No reimbursement was offered for my ridiculously long wait, only that rather thin explanation.

Customer had an issue with product condition. The product, against my normal shipping, shipped international and went through customs which lowers my control of the product. I offered a full refund, requesting buyer to ship it back. Buyer did not want to. I guarantee my products 100%, but do ask to have the product back. I refund for all shipping, too. I'm sorry that you were not happy.
