Beaded handmade jewelry

Hey y’all!! My name is Esha, owner of Eye Candy Adornments. ECA was born in the summer of 2017 with a vision to create handmade adornments including bracelets, waist beads and anklets. Many pieces are full of color, and culture and can also be customized.

I am a full time stay at home mom of two wonderful kids - 3 and 5 years old. I am also the wife of an amazing and supportive active duty 19.5 years served U.S. Navy Sailor.

My family and I are of West Indian decent byway of Grenada, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago.

I absolutely love to work with seed beads. Although very tiny, they require a lot of patience within every single bead. Because they are so small, every adornment is carefully made with a lot of time and love. I want you to feel the same joy wearing your piece(s), just as I had making them.

The adornments are made using quality beads, some including semi-precious stones. This also goes for any threading or cord that is used to string the beads to ensure durability and longevity. Affordability is what it is! You receive beautiful accessories at incomparable prices.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders are made right away based on information that you provide for the request. Please check and double check the spelling, color choice, etc. before checkout. Unfortunately I cannot issue a refund or replacement for your error, this includes incorrect waist beads sizes as well.

If you receive your custom order and I made an error based on what you have requested, please notify me immediately within 48 hours of delivery including a picture of the error. As long as you contact me and send me the picture, I will be happy to replace the item at my expense.

Sizing details

Bracelets:
Sizes are listed ‘as is’ unless otherwise noted.

Waist Beads:
It is imperative to measure correctly if you are purchasing a removable strand. I always recommend to stand comfortably and do not suck in or squeeze in your stomach. Use a measuring tape or string to measure around where you would like the strand to lay on you.

Care instructions

Bracelets:
To ensure longevity, always gently roll your bracelets on and off your wrists. Bracelets that include gold or silver accents or charms are brass, so they can tarnish over time. Avoid swimming or getting the adornments wet, unless the listing acknowledges that it is high quality metals. All stretch bracelets are made of durable and quality stretch cord.

Waist Beads:
All tie-on and screw clasp waist beads are hand waxed by me, for longevity and durability. Tie-on strands are expected to be worn during showering and wet events therefore made to withstand such. Silver screw clasps are brass and can tarnish over time, but these strands are removable and only worn when necessary as an accessory or fashion statement.

Shipping

Once an order has shipped it is no longer in my hands. I cannot guarantee any delivery dates, I can only go by the estimated delivery date given by the post office at the time of shipment. If an order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date it is out of my control and no refund will be issued. Please be mindful of the weather conditions throughout the country and not only in your region.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If selected during checkout, a gift receipt is printed and included inside the package.

Gift Wrapping - $4.00 Fee
I will place the item(s) in a gift box and wrap the box in a solid color wrapping paper or tie a ribbon/cord around the box in colors that compliment the item inside of the gift box.
Please send me a message for anything specific that you may want me to do or add to the gift wrapping process, I am open to any ideas to make the gift giving process extra special.

Refunds/Exchanges

You must pay the shipping cost to return the item. Refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping charges) will be made promptly once the item has been received by ECA.

For an exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping cost to me and new shipping back to you plus any additional charge on the new item, unless it is an even exchange due to customer error (i.e. wrong size or color purchased)

WAIST BEADS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED - Waist Beads are an intimate item and for hygiene purposes; cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lost/Stolen or Damaged

Eye Candy Adornments is not responsible for USPS First Class Package Services/ Standard Shipping packages that have been lost/stolen/damaged

If you would like your purchase insured, please upgrade shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express during checkout.

USPS Priority Upgraded Shipping: A package is considered lost if it has not arrived 30 days after being shipped. Please report non-delivery to receive a full refund.

Return To Sender: If your package is unknowingly returned, buyer is responsible for new shipping label for reship. This generally happens due to an incorrect/invalid mailing address during checkout. Seller is not responsible for mailing address inaccuracies or shipping inaccuracies caused by USPS.
