Shop policies

I am an artist, avid maker, and intrepid experimenter and my goal with this store is to share some of the results of those experiments in making. I love to reuse and recycle materials, so many of the items I sell are one-of-a-kind. Some of my items - like the buttons - I produce myself in quantity to spread the love of making!

Payment
Currently, I am only accepting PayPal payments.
Shipping
Items are shipped no more than 5 business days from the time the order is received (and usually much sooner). Items are shipped using United States Postal Service (Priority Mail within the United States). I also use recycled packing materials whenever possible, so the package may not look pretty, but it will arrive intact! Contact me if you require insurance, delivery confirmation, or express shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is lost or damaged in the mail, or does not meet your expectations upon arrival, please contact me within two weeks of receiving the order, and I will do my very best to make sure that you are happy with your order!

If, during the first year of normal use, an item breaks, I will happily repair or replace it to the best of my ability. Simply contact me and then ship all of the parts to me for repair. Sometimes, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the objects I use, I will need to replace the adornment with a similar item rather than repair it.
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome wholesale inquiries, though not all items are available for wholesale orders. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my business, I do not accept custom orders.
