Shipping
All items will be shipped to addresses provided in Etsy only.
All items will be sent via the USPS first class mail. I ship Monday through Friday.
If customers would like a shipping upgrade I will be happy to do so and shipping upgrade fees will be the customers responsibility .
I can not be responsible for any lost mail. I will work something out with my customers if this does happen.
Refunds and Exchanges
Any special deadlines or custom order requests need to be discussed with me prior to placing your order. No orders will be cancelled due to shipping times or custom order requests if not discussed prior to placing the order.
I want all of my customers to be pleased with there purchase. If they are not I will be happy to make an exchange. All sales are final.
