Returns and exchange details
Because u are purchasing fabric and it is cut per your request, the only way I refund is is the fabric is a preorder and it's not in stock soon enough or the bolt is pieced and I can not offer you what you are asking for.
Shipping
All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Products are shipped using the cheapest method possible, unless extra care is needed. Any shipping overages charged over 3.00 will be refunded. If you have not received your package in the time expected, please verify with the USPS.com website. If your package is "In Transit", please contact the USPS for questions about delivery. Due to holidays or weekdays the post office is closed, it will take an extra day or so to receive your package. All other shipping issues, please contact the shop directly. Please be sure you have a CORRECT mailing address on all shipments. If the package is sent to the wrong address, you will need to re-pay shipping to the new address. I am not responsible for lost packages, I am happy to help get u information that you will need to file a claim.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED on first class packages (1-2 yards). Though not likely, to reduce the possibility of a lost or damaged package, please contact us for additional insurance purchase options.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For US First Class International Packages: Insurance is included in the overall shipping cost. Please notify our shop prior to ordering if you would like additional services added (ie. Signature confirmation) for additional cost. Shipping time for First Class International is 2-8 weeks depending on your location. If the shipping cost is over $24 and 5-6 cotton yards, i will ship Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate; as well as any package over 4lbs. Everything else will be shipped First Class International. Buyer is responsible for a customs fees, taxes, and any other costs associated with customs within their own countries. Please be aware of these restrictions and place your order accordingly. If you have any concerns, please contact me immediately!

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please understand that I have no control over the US Postal Service and how quickly items are delivered. It has been my experience that international orders typically take about 2 weeks, but have been known to exceed 6 weeks to be delivered. While shipping International First Class is the most cost-effective way to ship, once the package leaves the US, there is no way to track it. Should you need your shipment more quickly, or require tracking, please message me before your purchase to upgrade to Priority shipping. The cost for insurance is included in the shipping fees for all international orders.
The customer is responsible for any duty, VAT taxes or other fees. Please do not ask me to falsify information on the customs label. This would put my business at risk and I will not do that. If you are concerned about the import taxes for your country, please ascertain the amount before you purchase to make sure it is acceptable to you.

Any fabric that is returned due to a incorrect address the buyer will be refunded the fabric only, or they can repurchase shipping only.
