We refund significant shipping overages upon shipment as it is our policy to charge accurately and, in doing so, keep cost low to our customers.
All Domestic purchases come with delivery confirmation. Insurance and / or signature confirmation is also available upon request for an additional fee. If you would like to purchase either of these services, please provide your request in the "note to seller" section upon checkout.
INTERNATIONAL - First Class Mail / Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes
The USPS does not track these packages once they leave the US. Neither delivery confirmation or insurance is available. They very rarely go undelivered, and the trade off is very inexpensive shipping.

International purchases via these methods come with delivery confirmation. Insurance is also available upon request for an additional fee (~5.00 USD). If you would like to purchase insurance, please request this option in the "note to seller" section upon checkout.
LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once the fabric is shipped. While we will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.
The customer is responsible for any fees incurred through customs.
Additional policies and FAQs
1) Do you have order minimums?
We ask that the minimum quantity for a cut of fabric is 1/2 yard, and the total for the order be at least 1 yard. Beyond that we will happily accommodate orders in the amount required for your sewing needs.
2) What kind of fabric do you carry?
We carry primarily medium weight cotton, commonly referred to as quilter's cotton. These are woven cottons suitable for apparel, handbags, and some home decor projects. Some of our prints are Pima cottons, a finer woven cotten that is consequently slightly lighter in weight. They are similarly suited for quilting, apparel, and some home decor projects. Finally, many of our Japanese imported fabrics are a cotton linen blend. They are slightly heavier yet still have the flexibility for handbags, home decor projects, and even clothing.
3) How wide is the fabric?
All of our fabric is 44" wide unless otherwise noted. Standard fabric cuts include:
Half Yard = 18" x 44" (46cm x 112cm)
Full Yard = 36" x 44" (92cm x 112cm)
4) Can I order more than 1 yard?
We cut straight from the bolt so more is almost always available. Simply send us a message with your fabric request and we’ll set up a reserved listing for you to purchase.
5) When will my order ship?
Orders nearly always ship same day, or next if the order is placed later in the afternoon. We pride ourselves on our fast shipping and will try and get your order to you as speedily as possible. In the rare event that you purchase a print that has just sold out, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6) Do you provide shipment notification?
Yes, you will receive an email regarding any relevant shipment and tracking information for your package. Delivery confirmation is included for all Domestic Packages.
7) Where do I indicate a special request?
Please include any special requests you might have in the "note to seller" section during the Etsy checkout. Or, please send us a conversation prior to ordering.
