A mother/daughter shop using creative ideas to produce one of a kind products!

This small shop is ran out of my home with the help of my two children McKenzie and Abbey. I am a postpartum nurse by night and a full time mom during the day. This shop originated from the mutual interest in crafting that the three of us share. We currently spend our time creating decorations for our own home and making gifts for friends and family, and decided to share them with others. We handcraft all items that are listed in our shop, we decide on patterns together and then each of us have a special part in the production process. We enjoy creating everything that we have in our shop and know that a great deal of love and attention goes into everything we make. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

If a custom order request is made I DO NOT offer exchanges/refunds/returns on those items. Please make sure that when placing a custom order all details are in place before finalizing and submitting.

I DO NOT accept exchanges/returns/refunds on personalized items (**unless I have made a mistake**), as it would be nearly impossible for me to re-sell an item with another person's name on it. In the event an error was made on my behalf please contact me and we will discuss how we will fix the issue.

Rag Garland and Banners- Hand wash and lay flat to dry.

Blankets- Machine wash warm, tumble dry low, DO NOT iron minky fabric, DO NOT bleach

Car Seat Canopy- Machine wash warm, tumble dry low, DO NOT iron minky fabric, DO NOT bleach

Table Runner- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low.

Doll Bedding- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low, DO NOT iron minky fabric, DO NOT bleach.

HOLIDAY ORDERING

Please check the shop announcement it will have all the necessary information about ordering deadlines to ensure the order arrives on time. Please be aware that shipping can become delayed during the holiday season so please plan accordingly. Refunds will not be honored on packages that do not arrive on time due to delays caused by USPS.

The shop will do its best to provide prompt turn around time for items during the holiday season, however when ordering an item please take note of shipping times.

PACKAGE DELAYS, DAMAGE AND LOSS

We strive to pack your order securely before shipping out. However delays, damage and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit. In these events, our shop cannot be held responsible once orders are handed over to the respective shipping service. We will do our best to assist the customer to help resolve the issue. We do not provide refunds, replacements or credit for parcels that are lost/damaged in transit.

ORDERING AND TRACKING SHIPMENTS

All proper shipping adresses must be on file. The seller cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong shipping address. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number is provided with all packages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to monitor the status of the parcel in transit by using the tracking information. This will allow the buyer to estimate when their order will arrive as well as alert them to any missed delivery attempts, delays, or delivery complications that may require further action. Should the addressee fail to collect or arrange delivery of the parcel resulting in it being "returned to sender", the buyer will be responsible for any subsequent re-delivery charges incurred.

SIZING DETAILS

All sizes are listed in inches and all listing sizes are approximated. Not all fabrics from listing photos are cut by the shop.Therefore alterations to fabric may need to be made to make the item more symmetrical. If the sizing of the blanket is affected by the cut of the fabric, the shop will compensate the buyer by altering other dimensions of the blanket. For example if the width of the blanket is shorter, the length of the blanket will be increased to compensate. The shop will do its best to make sizing of products as close to the listing size as possible.

Buyers may request an alternate size other than those in the listing, but please note that an increase in size will affect pricing and shipping time.

RETURNS

Refunds will be issued in accordance with the shops refund policies. Custom,personalized orders and blankets are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the seller within 3 days of receipt and to ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received by the seller a refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the item minus shipping and handling. Insure the item for the full value with "tracking" when shipping. Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
