DESIGNS:

I am currently in the process of adding party themes to my shop. If there is a theme that you like but need a coordinating item not yet offered please feel free to convo me. If you have an idea based on one of my themes contact me and we can work together to create what you need.

ORDERS:

I fulfill orders in the order that I receive them. I will prepare your party files or printed items upon clearing of payment. Please make sure to leave your event date in either your order notes so I can advise as to whether or not a rush order should be placed. Rush orders require an additional fee and must be paid before I can work on your order.

TURNAROUND TIME:

My current turnaround time is 1 Business day for most single sheet items and 1 - 2 Business days for Party Package and Photo Invites. Printed items have a turnaround time of 2 - 3 Business Days for items with designs currently in my shop and 3 - 5 Business Days for Custom designed items. Party Packages have a turnaround time of 10 Business Days

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm
Sat, Sun & Holidays- I will reply to e-mails but only rush orders will be fulfilled.

I usually have a very fast response time as I receive e-mails almost immediately. Please keep in mind that I am on the west coast and if you are e-mailing early on the east coast I won't be able to reply until later in your day but I will get back to you as soon as I can. But also I may be available later in the day since it might be earlier my time.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:

Currently there is a $15 custom design fee on all party packages and a $5 design fee on all individual custom items. Please feel free to convo me if there is a design that you are interested in that you don't see here! I love to come up with new party ideas and I would love to hear yours as well!

QUOTES:

Quotes for party products are good for 30 days. After that I reserve the right to change the purchase price.

COLOR CHANGES:

Color changes on single sheets are $4 for basic changes like changing the colors of stripes. If you would like more than one type of change please convo me to see if any additional fee applies. For party packages it is a $15 fee however I have many of the party themes in alternate colors. If I have the party package already formatted for your colors I am happy to send it at no additional cost, please convo me for details.

ARTWORK CHANGES:

Many of my themes coordinate with each other. If you have a party theme in mind that includes artwork from a few different themes or just one element of a design, for example only cupcakes or only lollipops I am happy to help you create a invite or party package with the perfect combination of art. Please convo me for turn around times and pricing on this work.

REVISIONS & WORDING CHANGES:

I am happy to customize invites and party decor to your wording. If you have alternate wording on an invite or any other party element please leave it in the order notes as well. *Please note:* Once you submit your text for personalization I will create your invite using that information. If you change your mind and would like to see alternate wording I will have to charge a small set up fee. I am happy to correct one small typo like a zip code or a street name at no additional cost (we're all human and I know how that is) however this will be done at my first earliest convenience which may be the next day, if you are in a rush for your order I can bump you back to the front of my order line for a small rush fee. If there is no hurry that I am happy to do it at no charge, just understanding for your patience. ;-)

PHOTO INVITATIONS:

I am happy to set up proofs for photo invites using a few different photos. All photos must be sent at the same time (limit 3 please) and specify whether you would like full color, black and white, or sepia. Photos can be sent to fabulouspartydesign [!at] gmail.com. Only one final version of the invite will be sent to you. All versions of the invite will come with a watermark. A high resolution file will be sent to you of the invite with the photo you approve.
