Each item is different. We put the details of what is editable in the description of each item! We spend lots of time ensuring it is accurate and complete so please scroll down and look at the READ ME section of the listing. We also include a photo in most of the listings that has grey highlighting on it which shows the editable fields. Please read each item details before you purchase.

You need to open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader on a Computer. This is the ONLY way it will work.

1. Use a computer (windows or MAC). No phone or tablet
2. Make sure your PDF is opening in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Sometimes computers are set up with default applications being something else. Then it will open in Edge, or Explorer or Preview on MAC. This will NOT work, and you will have to force it to open in Adobe Reader. Right click on the file and say Open With Adobe Reader for example, or open Adobe Reader application and browse your computer to find the PDF to open.
3. The highlights are not showing (this doesn't matter if you are in Adobe Reader, just click the words, and it will be editable).
4. Corrupt file - email me

No you cannot. The fonts style and color are not changeable and the size is either fixed or auto sizing depending on the individual PDF. Read the description of each item for details.

Please buy the size you want to print this generally works better. You can try to shrink on your printer if you like but I guarantee best results with the proper sizing. Each listing specifies what size the final printed sign will be.

Some printers have some issues like this. So to fix this you need to choose the Adobe Reader Print as Photo option and it will print properly. To do this, when you click on Print, choose the Advanced button beside the Printer, then from that screen, pick Print As Image with 300 dpi

Make sure you are using the latest version for Free Adobe Reader on your computer. Anything before version 11 will not allow you to save the file.

You may use this as many times as you like, for your OWN family. Do not share with others. Do not sell edited signs. Do not redistribute. Full license information is included in the download. You cannot use this product to gain any monetary reward (cannot sell any portion of it or any edited output of it)

Because of the digital nature of this product, there are no refunds given but If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me us personally and we will try to help. Please be sure you read full descriptions prior to purchasing as you cannot return the PDF so we cannot return the purchase price.

Generally we are unable to do custom requests due to time restrictions. You are welcome to ask but it is unlikely that we will be able to fit it into my schedule. If you have a completely new design or item
you are interested in feel free to ask but it is all timing dependent.

You need to use the free adobe reader to edit the PDF, then save it. You then will opened the saved PDF in MAC Preview and export it to a JPG in 300 DPI to print out our bigger PDFs.
