Return Policy
Returns and exchange details
Custom Gift Orders:
Refunds may be discussed if something went wrong on our end. It will be decided on a case by case basis. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling.
Digital invitations:
Refunds can be issued within 2 business days of your purchase, as long as the first proof has not been delivered. There will be no refunds on proofs that have already been delivered to your Etsy inbox. Faded Gardenias is not responsible for any issues with printing after the proof is finalized.
Instant downloads:
No refunds will be made due to the nature of digital purchases. Once purchased, there will be no exchanges or refunds.
Where do I add my personalization details?
On the check out page there will be a box labeled "Notes to Seller" where you can add any requests and personalization details.
Please make sure your information is correct. I cannot be held responsible for errors in spelling/grammar. A copy of all orders is saved to verify what was requested on your invoice.
I need my order by a certain date. Can you rush it?
Yes, orders can be made a priority at an additional cost. Fees will vary depending on what you purchase and how quickly you need your order.
Please note I am not held responsible If you’ve already placed an order but failed to mention you need it sooner by messaging me. Also note your order cannot be cancelled if I was never made aware you needed it rushed; notes placed during checkout will not be read until a few days prior to shipping. Due to a high volume of orders, I prioritize and ship in order of purchase dates. Please message me for more details if you have any questions or concerns.
Can I send a gift directly to someone ?
Of course! Mark the order as a gift (no price details will be shown!), enter in their shipping address and leave a note. The gift message will be printed on a separate card stock note.
When will my order ship?
Card Orders - 3-4 Business Days

Please note ‘business days’ exclude weekends. If you need it by a certain date, please contact me prior to making a purchase to ensure you will get it on time.
Shipping & Delivery Time
PLEASE NOTE: ETSY ONLY PROVIDES ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES, NOT EXACT. If you need your item(s) by a certain date, you must reach out to me first.
Delivery time will depend on your location and type of shipping method you have purchased. Typical delivery times only apply to the continental U.S. Once USPS has the item in their possession, I, unfortunately, have zero control over any delays or delivery date. If your tracking is stalled, please remain patient as USPS does not always show all updates. If you have any questions regarding tracking or package, please contact your local post office.
Please note that choosing a faster delivery method does not expedite the processing time.
Lost Mail/Stolen Packages
Once an item has been marked as delivered by USPS, Faded Gardenias is not held responsible for any stolen or lost packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the mail. Please be sure to use correct and up-to-date shipping address information. Contact the shipping provider for assistance to file a claim.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can only be granted within 24 hours of purchase time.
Return Policy on Custom Gift Orders
If your order has arrived broken, damaged, or spelled incorrectly, it will be replaced for you at no cost! You must send a photo of the item within 3 days of receiving it. Failure to do so will be a charge for you to pay to resend the item.
Font changes do not qualify for a return or replacement. You are more than welcome to ask for proof of a font (AFTER the order is placed) and I can replace the font.
