Randy is the Fae Factory Curator, and he helps to run every aspect of the business, including the development and management of Invisible Diseases, the community that these Fae Factory art sales support. "Fae Factory" translates to "where magic is made"! We definitely make magic here, and share it with those who need it most.
Dr Franky Dolan is the self-taught artist behind it all. He earned his Doctorate in Education and uses his educational, artistic and spiritual talents to help others who live with hardships that the world cannot easily see. In childhood, he was homeless and survived many struggles beyond his years. He became ill with a neuro-immune disease that has now left him housebound for several years. He channels intuitive messages and shares them through his creations.
Franky’s passion to help the world, despite his own suffering, earned him international attention and awards. His talents span across all mediums of art; including sculpture, painting, doll-making, oddity and performance art. His symptoms fluctuated in severity, and he pushed through as hard as he possibly could. Before he fell so ill, he was a professional performance artist who boasted a profound 5-octave vocal range, and had the ability to memorize an entire script in one day. His worldly studies included such universities as Oxford and Graduate Theological Foundation, among others. Dr Franky Dolan has become a renowned spiritual teacher and clinical hypnotherapist. He received the coveted invitation from Huffington Post to be an official HuffPost Blogger!
In His Own Words:
When I was a little boy, I dreamed of all the possibilities in the world. I dreamed of growing up and becoming a great performer. I wanted to be seen and heard so I could tell stories to the people. I dreamed of my stories being told so people could open their spirits and provoke their minds.
As a child, I was homeless. My mother never let me believe that I was experiencing a life less than anyone else’s though. She was strong, and so was I. I had a purpose and I felt it. So I kept moving forward toward my dreams. I began to sing and act on stage and I saw my dreams manifesting. That is, until I fell very ill with a plethora of invisible ailments. I was devastated and thought that my dreams were over.
...Eventually, that strength that my mother bestowed to me came through. I had a vision. I felt a warm golden light above me and heard a voice telling me that it was not over, my dreams were actually about to begin. I still had stories to tell, I still had dreams to live. So, though my body was weak, my spirit was not, as I began to sculpt and paint in my pockets of wellness. This artwork is a result of an incredibly passionate soul bursting through the body of a man determined to manifest his childhood dreams. Each piece of art that I create tells a story. Every piece carries a message, a chapter, a dream.
