Returns and exchanges
Returns are really hard for me as I am often travelling and unless it is way off the description I generally wont be able to accept a return. Exceptions depend on individual situations please contact me directly if you anticipate needing to return after purchase. Please be sure of your purchases and double check with me any issues that may worry you before hand. I am happy to go into more details on request.
Damage occurred during postage transit must be verified with photos, I will not be refunding or replacing the item without photographic proof.

Shipping
The items in my shop are shipped from two locations-
Australia
North India
It should be clear at checkout from where the item will be shipped from, it may also be written in the description, Please contact me if you are unsure.
International shipping times are an estimate and I have no control over the actual delivery time:
Handling time is around 3 business days
Items sent from India are always registered with tracking. Tracking will show on the India post website and on your Etsy shipping notification, occasionally and (especially for the US) tracking doesn't update online after departure from India however tracking will be available through the post office on request and by quoting your tracking number.
Items shipped internationally from Australia can take from 1-3 weeks. Items sent from Australia are generally not sent with tracking (due to the high postage fees) if you require tracking please upgrade at the option during checkout if there is no option for upgrade it probably means your items are coming from India please look for the shipping origin at the checkout.

Shipping can take anywhere from 1- 4 weeks.
The buyer must take responsability for all custom duties, import taxes, duty fee and VAT
I often use recycle packs and boxes when sending items.
For shipping from Australia- If an item is lost in transit due to not upgrading at checkout I will most likely not be able to reimburse the buyer for the loss.
Items from India have a limited insurance if the item is broken in transit I will need a photo before processing your item refund.
