How do I personalize my stationery
When you're ordering your stationery, you will be prompted to add details into a personalization box. If you have any special requests or would like to request changes to colors, fonts etc. you can also enter them in the personalization box. You can also add an extra note to me in the "notes to seller" section.
Proofs are not sent (except for business / logo stationery) but if you would like to review a proof before printing, just let me know and I'd be happy to send one. Please note, this will increase the production time on your order.
Can I change the fonts on a design?
Absolutely. You can mix and match any of the fonts that you see on any listings in the shop or if you have a particular font you'd like me to use, just send me a message and I can let you know if I have it available for use.
If you're ordering for a gift, tick the gift box at checkout and you will be able to enter a gift message which will be printed on the packing slip. Prices are removed from gift packing slips.
Gifts can be sent directly to the recipient, just use their shipping address.
What are your shipping options?
All orders ship via USPS. Depending on the size and weight of the order, it will ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. All orders over $35 in value ship free.
If a shipping upgrade is offered at checkout, this does not mean that your order gets made any quicker. Production times are still as stated on each listing but when your order is ready to ship, it will go via Priority Mail rather than First Class.
Do you offer envelope printing?
At this time, return address printing on envelopes is not offered.
