Frequently asked questions
How do I personalize my stationery
When you're ordering your stationery, you will be prompted to add details into a personalization box. If you have any special requests or would like to request changes to colors, fonts etc. you can also enter them in the personalization box. You can also add an extra note to me in the "notes to seller" section.
Proofs are not sent (except for business / logo stationery) but if you would like to see a proof before printing, just let me know and I'd be happy to send one. Please note, this may increase the production time on your order.
Can I change the fonts on a design?
Absolutely. You can use any of the fonts that you see on any listings in the shop or if you have a particular font you'd like me to use, just send me a message and I can let you know if I have it available for use.
What are your shipping options?
All orders ship via USPS. Depending on the size and weight of the order, it will ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. All orders over $50 in value ship free.
A Priority Mail shipping upgrade is available to purchase for an additional fee. This does not get your order made any quicker - production times are still as stated on each listing - but when your order is ready to ship, it will go via Priority Mail rather than First Class.
Do you offer envelope printing?
At this time, return address printing on envelopes is not offered.
