Frequently asked questions
How do I personalize my stationery?
When you're ordering your stationery, you will be prompted to choose your stationery colors and enter the details you would like printed. If you have any special requests or would like to request changes to colors, fonts etc. you can also enter additional requests in the personalization box. You can also add an extra note to me in the "notes to seller" section.
Proofs are not sent (except for business / logo stationery) but if you would like to see a proof before printing, just let me know and I'd be happy to send one via Etsy message. Please note, this may increase the handling time on your order.
Can I change the fonts on a design?
Absolutely. You can use any of the fonts that you see on any listings in the shop or if you have a particular font you'd like me to use, just send me a message and I can let you know if I have it available for use.
Do you print a return address on envelopes?
We can print a return name and address on your envelopes as an add-on service for an additional fee. If this service is not purchased, envelopes will be blank. Add it to your order at this link.

How do you package and ship your orders?
Note cards sets are packaged in a clear lidded box with a branded sticker on the front. Depending on the number of sets you order, you may receive multiple boxes. Notepads are packaged in a clear cello bag with a branded sticker.
All orders ship via USPS. Depending on the size and weight of the order, it will ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
A Priority Mail shipping upgrade is available to purchase for an additional fee. This does not get your order made any quicker - production times are still as stated on each listing - but when your order is ready to ship, it will go via Priority Mail rather than First Class.

I received my order but it's not as expected.
If you receive your order and the personalization or colors are not what you expected, please let us know right away and we will review the issue and provide a solution which may be a replacement order or a partial/full refund. If it's found to be a customer error (e.g. mis-spelling of name on the order), we are not responsible. However, we will try to work with you to come to a satisfactory solution. We encourage you to check all information entered carefully before submitting the order.
