Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I accept custom and personalized orders! Most of my pieces can be personalized at no additional cost. Contact me for information on custom orders. Custom orders are not started until payment is received.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Returns are NOT accepted for custom or personalized items. Refunds on custom or personalized items are considered ONLY if the seller makes a mistake. If the buyer provides incorrect information and/or spelling, that is not the seller's error.
On the occasion a return is accepted, the buyer assumes the cost of return shipping. Refunds are not initiated until the item is received by the seller in the original condition.
In all cases, the amount refunded will be the total purchase amount LESS the initial shipping cost. All prices include shipping. For example, if a buyer purchases a $10 item that was shipped for $3, the refunded amount will be $7.
Do you make your own prints?
Unfortunately, at this time I don't have space or equipment to make reproductions of my artwork myself. Instead, I use FinerWorks, a high-quality printer that I have been very pleased to work with over the past few years.
Do you offer discounts?
From time to time I will have promotional codes available on my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Follow me there to know when those codes are active!
Several of my items can be bundled and are listed as such. For example, prints bought in sets are discounted from the original per-piece price.
Shipping and Shipping Delays
All items are shipped USPS with tracking unless otherwise noted. For items that ship without tracking, shipping upgrades are available for purchase.
Shipping and handling times are noted within individual product listings, and are as accurate as possible. If the seller is delayed in getting a product shipped, the buyer will be notified ASAP.
Once a package has been relinquished to the shipping provider, the seller is no longer responsible. Any shipment delays or problems are the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your order is delayed or shows as delivered but has not been received, it is recommended you first contact your local post office with any available tracking information to rectify the problem.
Can I contact you outside Etsy?
I always welcome new followers to my social media accounts. However, Etsy business must be conducted on the Etsy platform for the protection of both buyer and seller. If you are contacting me regarding a previous, current, or future Etsy purchase, please do so using the Etsy platform.
Do you donate profits to charitable organizations?
Yes. A portion of the proceeds from all of my pro-choice products and LGBTQIA+ products go towards relevant charitable organizations. Full details are available on each listing.
Refunds on Lost or Delayed Orders
Refunds on lost or delayed orders are not offered until a period of 90 DAYS from the original ship date has passed. This offers ample time for A) the shipping provider to deliver the item, B) the item to be returned to sender, or C) the item to be considered irrevocably lost.
