Payment
Methods: At this time I accept PayPal and credit cards (please see http://www.etsy.com/storque/how-to/how-to-pay-with-a-credit-card-and-create-a-paypal-account-746/ for instructions).

Payment: I ask that payment be completed within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to complete payment within this time frame.

Cancellation Policy: If I have not received payment within 24 hours, and have not been contacted by the buyer, I have the option to cancel the transaction (please see http://www.etsy.com/dosdonts.php#transactions_nonpayment for more information). If you are unable to pay in this time frame, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution.
Shipping
Shipping: I ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Carrier/Methods: I ship via First-Class or Priority Mail with the USPS.

Shipping Address: If your PayPal and Etsy address do not match, I will contact you before I ship the package to find out which is the correct shipping address. Please visit http://help.etsy.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/268 for more information about how to enter matching addresses at checkout to speed the process. If the item is a gift, please send me a message at checkout, and I will be happy to work with you to get the correct address and information for a gift note.

International Shipping: International buyers are responsible for customs dues and any other fees incurred after I ship your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so we can find a solution. In certain instances I will issue a refund. However, I am not responsible for loss of/or damage to an item once it is in the mail. I package my items carefully to avoid any problems. If you wish to have your purchase insured for shipping, please contact me as soon as possible after checkout.
